MATTHEW 6:12 NLT
"And forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us."
Yes that person hurt you, betrayed you, left you in the lurch, used you, fooled you, trapped you and did all sorts of horrendous deeds that the moment you think of it, it shakes the ground beneath your feet. You weren't even wrong and still all thought wrong of you. But let me tell you one thing beloved, you're too great and large -hearted to remain offended and allow someone else's wrongdoings to break you, sicken you or stop you from loving God and fulfilling His purpose.
Life is spiritual and once you accept Jesus as your Lord and love Him, God will sometimes allow things to work against you, people to go against you, may allow you even to be hurt so that you can grow closer to Him, so that you can be completely in love with Him, so that He can shower His love on you which He desperately waits to. All things said and done, do you know beloved God loves you so much that in order to forgive you and own you, He literally killed His own son SO THAT YOU CAN BE FORGIVEN.
If God is God and can sacrifice His most precious thing to forgive you, how much would it take for me and you to forgive that person who might have hurt us? Didn't we hurt God too by our life and sins before and yet He chose to forgive us? Try, try and try forgiving unless it becomes a habit, God wants our heart to become like His and that's why perhaps He allowed such a thing in your life.
Forgive and allow your heart to be HEALED. Let your decision help you first before it can help anyone. May your heart be healed as you read this. In Jesus mighty name.

FATHER GOD HELP ME THIS DAY TO FORGIVE THE ONE WHO HAS SINNED AGAINST THE ME . HELP ME TO HAVE A HEART LIKE YOU. IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME WE PRAY. AMEN!
